I have learned that I have the power to change my day from bad to good by simply changing the way I think. You may not be able to change your circumstance, but you can change your thoughts. I will keep things practical because I am a mom and I think many other moms can relate to what I am going to share today. If we can accomplish this strategy or tip with our everyday practical life, we can certainly apply it to all circumstances in our lives.
